What the hell is going on with the Western Conference so far? I know we're only eight to ten games into the season, but things are insane right now...two quick facts I picked up doing some research this morning:Five of the top eight teams in the Western Conference right now did not make last year's play-offs.
(Phoenix, Los Angeles, Edmonton, Dallas, and Colorado)
Two teams that finished dead last in their division last season are now in first place.
